Lots and Land Uses

Land uses in Hawkeye Village include commercial, multi-family, recreational and single-family residential. “The Highlands” at Hawkeye Village includes 170 single-family lots north of Bison Drive. The first two model homes are on both sides of 36th Avenue West as you turn north (right) from Bison Drive. 

The depiction below shows the first two phases of lot development and home construction in “The Highlands.” Lots 2 through 5 in Block 12 and 27 through 31 in Block 7 (magenta-colored lots, Phase I) are available for Spring, 2021 construction. Lots 6 through 11 in Block 12 and 1 through 12 in Block 11 (mustard-colored lots, Phase II) will be completed in the Summer of 2021 and available for Fall, 2021 home construction. While intervals vary slightly based on designs and whether or not a basement is specified, the normal interval from ground-breaking to closing is eight months.

Parks and greenbelts lie east of the Phase I lots. The 1.75-acre “Trailhead Park” will include residential mail service, a community bulletin board, playground equipment and signage indicating trailheads for the walking trails within the coulee, portions of which have been dedicated to the Parks Board as a permanent recreation area.
