Ten years ago, Bakken Housing Company (“BHC”) began its search for desirable land in Williston for a master-planned community designed around high-quality, family residences. In 2014 the City of Williston approved the plat now known as Hawkeye Village. Shortly afterward, BHC purchased the property from the Hagan family. At all stages, BHC has emphasized generous spaces, parks, views, and retention of natural features. George Kropinski and John Sessions own BHC, which in turn owns Hawkeye Village.
Recognizing the challenges of construction in Western North Dakota, BHC sought a preferred builder with a track record of on-time execution and a commitment to quality designs, materials and construction. Paramount Builders Inc. is a Bismarck-based commercial and residential, design-build firm owned by Jarred Roloff and Scott Stoeckel, graduates of the North Dakota State University Construction Management Program. The Paramount team includes over 25 field and office professionals who have successfully completed hundreds of custom and semi-custom homes in North Dakota. The company follows conservative practices while emphasizing energy efficiency, nuanced designs, effective communications, honesty and integrity.
